    Banking Center Manager (Full-time) 
    Responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a full service banking center, including operations, consumer lending, product sales, customer service and security and safety in accordance with the Bank’s objectives.  Develops new deposit and loan business; provides a superior level of customer relations and promotes the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation. Achieves banking center sales goals through Customer Acquisition and Growth Strategy (CAG).  Substantial experience in retail banking operations and functions required.  College degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related field preferred. Previous supervisory experience required.  
     
    Central Missouri Market 
    Universal Banker II/Training Assistant (Full-time) 
    Provides prompt, efficient, and friendly service to customers, processes transactions, and cross-sells services as appropriate. Contributes to the Banking Center sales goals through the Customer Acquisition and Growth Strategy (CAG).  Customer service/new accounts duties are the primary function; however, strong cross-trained support on teller functions are required to expedite and enhance the customer service level provided to clients. Follows established policies and procedures in accordance with the Bank and the supervisor’s direction.  As part of the float position there will be travel between all Mid-Missouri Banking Centers. Assists with training of Providence Bankers and maintaining and updating procedures.  High school diploma or equivalent required; some college courses in business, accounting, sales/marketing or related area helpful. At least one year of Personal Banker or equivalent customer service/sales experience strongly preferred.
