Kit serves as President and Chief Executive Officer and joined Providence Bank in January of 2012. He has held CEO level positions for the last 20+ years in banks ranging in size from $750 million to $3.5 billion, having served the first 24 years of his career with Bank One, a predecessor bank to what is now Chase Bank. In his role, Kit is responsible for all aspects of the bank's delivery of services to its clients, as well as directing the expansion of both product lines and geographic markets. Kit holds an undergraduate degree in Finance from Indiana University, an MBA from the University of Dayton, and is a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking. Kit serves on the Board of Directors of the University of Missouri Health System and chaired the Columbia, Missouri Chamber of Commerce in 2015.

Tom serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Credit Officer. He joined Providence Bank in June 2011 and has over 30 years of banking experience in St. Louis. Tom is responsible for asset growth, strategic planning and overall risk management. He earned a BS in Finance from Maryville University in St. Louis and holds the designation of Certified Instructor for Crown Financial Studies. Tom serves on various boards and in officer capacities for several non-profit organizations throughout the St. Louis region.
- Lee Hendrickson
- EVP & Chief Financial Officer
Lee serves as Providence Bank's Chief Financial Officer, overseeing the bank's accounting and financial division. Lee has an extensive community banking and financial background, which includes serving as CFO of a multi-state bank holding company for over twenty years. During that time, he also served as Treasurer and a board member of a large mortgage company with multi-state operations and held several leadership roles with a privately-held financing enterprise focused on meeting the needs of small businesses. For over ten years, he worked with a 'big four' public accounting firm, specializing in community banks and other financial institutions, public and private. Lee is a certified public accountant and certified global management accountant. He is a member of two state societies of CPAs (serving as past chair of a financial institution task force), Institute of Management Accountants (past chapter president and past state-wide president), American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Financial Executives Institute. Lee has also been actively involved in community organizations, serving as chair of a large regional chapter of the American Red Cross and providing leadership guidance to regional food banks. He is a graduate of Western Michigan University and resides in Columbia, Missouri.

Jen serves as Executive Vice President, Director of Retail Banking and Deposit Services for Providence Bank. She joined Providence Bank in 2009 as the Banking Center Manager of the Fifth Street Banking Center in Columbia and Retail Manager over Elsberry and Winfield Banking Centers. She was promoted to Senior Vice President, Director of Retail Banking in November 2010 and was promoted to Executive Vice President, Director of Retail Banking and Deposit Services in November 2014. Jen leads Deposit Services and the retail operation for all13 banking centers, manages product and business development, consumer lending and affinity programs. Jen has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Columbia College and over 20 years of retail banking, business development and lending experience. She is a member of the Columbia Chamber of Commerce and is the Treasurer for the Auburn Hills Homeowner's Association.

Chuck serves as Executive Vice President and the President of the Fairview Heights Illinois Market. He is a seasoned executive with over 45 years of banking experience in the greater St. Louis Metropolitan area. Chuck was previously President and CEO of two community banks for over 37 years. Over his career, he served as President and Director of several not-for-profit organizations throughout the St. Louis Metro East area in Illinois. Chuck currently serves as Chairman of the Economic Development Commission; Chairman of the Hotel Motel Screening Committee for the City of Fairview Heights and is a member of the Leadership Council of Southwestern Illinois.

Frank is a seasoned bank executive with over thirty years of experience. He has a background that includes establishing and managing the asset quality, loan underwriting and credit training functions at a major regional bank. His true passion, and his current focus, is centered in commercial business financing. Frank has worked with companies whose sales size ranged from $2 million to over $1.0 billion. Many business clients have used him to structure financing for acquisitions, expansions, mergers and other transactions. Frank enjoys assisting companies by using his financial knowledge in areas including proper capitalization structures, working capital forecasting and cash flow management. As a former business owner, his experience provides him the ability to assess risks that only another tenured business owner might see when consulting with business clients. As a fourth-generation Dallas native, he also believes in serving the community and has served on the Board and Development Committees for the Dallas Area Chapter of the American Red Cross, Chairman of the Board of The Dallas Lighthouse for the Blind, Inc. and Chairman of the East Dallas YMCA.

Ray serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Risk Officer and Director of Regulatory Affairs. He has 36 years of experience in banking, 16 in the public sector and 20 in the private sector. Ray graduated from The George Washington University with a BBA in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant. He was the Chief Financial Officer and Director of Risk Management for a medium sized community bank in Indiana prior to joining Providence Bank. He has also served as the Chief Compliance Executive for a $5+ billion diversified financing holding company and has managed the treasury function for a $3+ billion diversified financial institution. At Providence Bank, his responsibilities include the oversight of Compliance, CRA, Bank Secrecy and Anti-Money Laundering, Vendor Management and Audit Liaison.
