Residential Lending Officer (Full-time) - Osage Beach Banking Center

Searches out, identifies, and obtains applications for quality mortgage and consumer loans according to Bank and secondary market policies and procedures. Conducts interviews with prospective borrowers in order to analyze financial and credit data, determines customer financing objectives, advises customer of the product that best meets the customer's needs, and gathers any additional required information. Assists with processing the loan files and resolving problems. May be assigned to work with customers referred by Bank Lending Officers and staff. Cross sells various products offered by Providence Bank. Participates in and promotes the Bank's community activities.

High school education and MLO number required, minimum of 3 years residential lending experience, ability to analyze information and make recommendations, must have exceptional customer service skills, strong sales skills, computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) and be able to communicate effectively.

Provides prompt, efficient, and friendly service to customers, processes transactions, and cross-sells services as appropriate. Contributes to the Banking Center sales goals through the Customer Acquisition and Growth Strategy (CAG). Teller duties are the primary function; however, strong cross-trained support on customer service/new accounts functions are required to expedite and enhance the customer service level provided to clients. Follows established policies and procedures in accordance with the Bank and the supervisor's direction.

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college courses in business, accounting, sales/marketing or related area helpful. Cash handling experience preferred.


Universal Banker II (Full-time) - Lake St. Louis Banking Center

Provides prompt, efficient, and friendly service to customers, processes transactions, and cross-sells services as appropriate. Contributes to the Banking Center sales goals through the Customer Acquisition and Growth Strategy (CAG). Customer service/new accounts duties are the primary function; however, strong cross-trained support on teller functions are required to expedite and enhance the customer service level provided to clients. Follows established policies and procedures in accordance with the Bank and the supervisor's direction. High school diploma or equivalent required; some college courses in business, accounting, sales/marketing or related area helpful. At least one year of Personal Banker or equivalent customer service/sales experience strongly preferred.

Banking Center Manager (Full-time) - Grapevine Banking Center

Responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a full service banking center, including operations, consumer lending, product sales, customer service and security and safety in accordance with the Bank's objectives. Develops new deposit and loan business; provides a superior level of customer relations and promotes the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation. Achieves banking center sales goals through Customer Acquisition and Growth Strategy (CAG). Substantial experience in retail banking operations and functions required. College degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related field preferred. Previous supervisory experience required.
